1. Android Enterprise Partner Program

The Android Enterprise Partner Program enables partners to build, sell, and support Android products including services and solutions for the enterprise market.

The Android Enterprise Partner Program simplifies your search for trusted partners and solutions that are best suited to your needs. Android Enterprise continually strives to provide the best solutions to meet customer’s business needs.

When you work with a validated partner, you are working with a partner that has met specific requirements across the program’s three pillars:

  • Partner Expertise
  • Product Excellence
  • Performance

Google validates partners at Base or Advanced levels for each program pillar. Once the Base or Advanced requirements across all pillars are met, the partner earns a Silver or Gold badge, respectively. Working with a Silver or Gold partner means you are receiving top-tier customer service, support and products.

Android Enterprise Silver
Silver partners have met Android Enterprise’s base level of business, product and performance requirements.

Android Enterprise Gold
Gold partners have met Android Enterprise’s advanced level of business, product and performance requirements.

2. Android Enterprise Partner Program Pillars

2.1. Partner Expertise

Encompasses technical training, sales, and customer support. Google validates achievement of the highest levels of Android Enterprise; security, privacy, and deployment along with technical expertise in implementation.

We require our partners to complete a foundational level of training for their sales and technical staff across our three Android Enterprise certifications: Associates, Professional, and Experts.

2.1.2. Customer engagement and success

Base

Advanced

Partners have customer sales and support assistance available for their Android Enterprise products.
Partners have an internal support escalation support implemented to ensure resolution of support needs.

Everything required by base, plus:

  • Partners have validated an advanced level of sales and support processes.
  • Partners have demonstrated and created awareness building brand equity in the marketplace.

2.2. Product Excellence

Ensures compatibility, ease of use, with great admin and user experience by validating products at the highest Android Enterprise levels. Partners are required to maintain high standards to support their product for security and other critical updates.

Indicates a level of market success, experience, and performance measured against the ecosystem. At the highest levels, Google validates continued growth.

Partners are validated at the highest tier of performance within the marketplace and they're showing a year over year growth.
